Shipping Domestic
All orders are handmade and often made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your products to be made before they are shipped.
Shipment days are Tuesdays and Fridays. If you have a preferred method of shipping or want extra insurance, please utilize the comments section on your order form so that we can accommodate your request accordingly.
All packages will be shipped with delivery confirmation numbers and insurance for referencing, so please let us know if you have not received your item after 14 days.
Note: Your S&H selection will be applied after the 3-5 day production time. If your order is needing to be expedited, please utilize the comments on your order form.
Shipping International
Please contact TGH directly at: jennifer@thirdgenerationherbal.com if you would like to place an order from TGH and are located outside of the United States.
Returns
If your package is received and there is an issue please contact TGH via email immediately at: jennifer@thirdgenerationherbal.com
(Refunds are not available for handmade items that do not suite a taste once delivered. TGH encourages sampling products before purchasing larger sizes.)
With issues dealing with incorrect items or omitted items, TGH will absolutely provide you with the correct replacement. Otherwise, once shipped, refunds or exchanges are not accepted on any oils or handcrafted product.
With issues dealing with damaged products during transit, please take photographs to document the damage and send images immediately to jennifer@thirdgenerationherbal.com. This documentation will enable TGH to efficiently follow USPS refund protocols. Thank you.
For orders that we have received, but there is an issue on the customers behalf, TGH will contact the customer for resolution. If the customer does not respond after TGH has made 3 separate attempts to communicate over a period of 2 weeks, then the order will not be sent and the funds will not be refunded due to the inconvenience of the matter.
Communication is critical and TGH takes pride in our availability and openness to communicate. Whatever the issue is, we will work with you, but please just let us know that you are working with us.
If a customer & TGH have made special arrangements for a return, please make sure to send the package in the same fashion as you had received it, with a delivery confirmation number, and with the correct postage.
If Arrangements have been Made with TGH, please return unopened products within 7 days for an exchange.
Again, please be sure to mail returns with a tracking number, added insurance, and in properly padded packaging.
(TGH is not responsible for lost items shipped out as a return.)
Return address is provided once communication has been made by the customer.
