This early vintage Zuni squash blossom is a testament to how beautiful the snake eye designs are. It was said to be a 1930s-40s piece.
It is casual yet meticulously crafted with sawed sterling plates, symmetric wire work, granulations, and 123 small bezel set turquoise pieces. The 12 floral blossoms are threaded with double stranded hand-wrought beads and hold the most amazing naja that mimics lace. The necklace rests organically and can very comfortably be worn dressed up or down..
This piece is even more eye catching when worn and is in excellent vintage condition.
